INTRODUCTION

KIRKOR Interior Architecture (KIA) is a collective of independent professionals who have committed to work with KIRKOR to execute the most challenging of interior design projects together with our in-house architectural and interior professionals. This specialist team has been carefully curated to bring to bear on your project the most diverse and current project experience and delivery methodologies in the industry, each representing years of practice and execution of successful interior programmers across North America.

Our collaborative strategy is unique in its practice, and will quickly suss out the design priorities of all participants and stakeholders to set exciting design directions. These directions are then developed concurrently with the architecture. Interior spaces should directly relate to the architectural purpose, siting and narrative which ultimately define the architectural form.

Our collaborative process with our clients, integrated with the purposeful and ongoing in-house dialogue of all architectural priorities (an extension of the collaborative process), will succeed in finding the most appropriate story and language for the project as a whole. Once this narrative is set together with you and your team, coordination and development is facilitated under an extension of the primary architectural coordination service. As this service is completed under one roof, oversight redundancy and conflict is eliminated: the partner(s)-in-charge for the delivery of KIRKOR’s architectural services will be the same partner(s)-in-charge for delivery of interior architectural services.

This streamlining is purposefully developed to facilitate higher coordination of interior spaces within work already being done by KIRKOR  Architects. And ultimately, results in a lower cost to our clients.

Therefore, we will advise you truthfully, laying out the costs and benefits of our various design strategies, respectfully challenging our thinking and the thinking of others to be able to offer you our best guidance rooted in 40 years of project delivery. With partners and principals at the table throughout your project or looped tightly into your project’s daily strategies, we are able to facilitate the decision-making processes timely. We are aware of the potential issues that can mire complex projects. But, at the same time, we are leading your team through their solutions in all aspects and phases of your project because we are at the table. Our team will be ever-present in your project, consistently with the same team and decision-makers, supported by the authority of the KIRKOR Partnership.
