Our company is seeking an Intermediate level Interior Designer to support our Interior Design department with residential high-rise or mid-rise projects working alongside or project managers, Associates, or Principals. Your role would be to use clear and effective communication with the other team members or clients to coordinate the development of projects, or troubleshoot issues together with your effective project and time management completely timely submissions.
To be a successful candidate you would need to demonstrate your skill to interpret design concepts into detailed models using good design principles. With strong knowledge of Interior Design principles you will be able to interpret design concepts and layouts from our clients. Your role would be to prepare and assemble working drawings, and schedules with details for the project, and coordinate as needed. Collaborate with your team to demonstrate through presentations and in client meetings clear direction and understanding of the design intent and the time to complete project work. Your strong knowledge of FF&E, materials, lighting, and specification is required to develop the Interiors Sample Library and project work.
