Collaborators The Daniels Corporation (Client), BDP Quadrangle (Design Architect)
Gross Floor Area 390,442 sq. ft.

Located within Phase 3 of the Regent Park revitalization, Artworks Tower is a mixed-use residential development that contributes to the transformation of one of Toronto’s most ambitious urban renewal communities. Developed in collaboration with BDP Quadrangle, the project features a 33-storey tower and an 11-storey mid-rise building, connected through a retail podium that activates all four street frontages and strengthens the public realm.

As Architect of Record, Kirkor played a key role in translating the design vision into a built reality. Our responsibilities included technical design coordination, construction documentation, consultant management, and navigating municipal approvals and regulatory requirements throughout the project’s delivery.

A defining feature of the development is its commitment to inclusion and community-building. Artworks Tower incorporates a fully accessible L’Arche Toronto residence that provides affordable, barrier-free housing and supportive living opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities, reinforcing Regent Park’s vision as a complete and inclusive neighbourhood.

The building’s brick-clad architecture references Regent Park’s historic character while expressing its ongoing evolution into a vibrant, mixed-use urban community. Through its blend of residential, retail, and community-focused uses, Artworks Tower helps advance a more connected, accessible, and resilient future for downtown Toronto.
