The KITH Condominiums is a 15-storey residential building within the master-planned Daniels Erin Mills community in Mississauga. The project comprises approximately 316–317 suites, offering a range of unit types from studios to two-bedroom layouts, designed to support a variety of lifestyles.
With over 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, the amenity program was conceived as a series of flexible, multi-functional environments that support daily living, social interaction, and evolving resident needs. KIRKOR led both the architectural and interior design for KITH, with a focus on residential planning, livability, and long-term community value. Rather than treating amenities as isolated rooms, the design emphasizes interconnected and adaptable amenity spaces that encourage movement, visibility, and shared use throughout the building. This approach strengthens community living within KITH while fostering connections across the broader Daniels Erin Mills neighbourhood.
Located across from Erin Mills Town Centre and adjacent to Credit Valley Hospital, the development benefits from excellent access to public transit, major highways, and nearby parks and trail networks, supporting a highly connected and convenient urban lifestyle.
