The development is organized around a carefully planned pedestrian-focused promenade between the project’s residential phases, creating a welcoming sense of arrival within a dense urban environment. An illuminated breezeway featuring commissioned local artwork connects 12 Avenue SW to the landscaped interior promenade, enhancing pedestrian circulation while contributing to an engaging and memorable streetscape experience.
The project’s Phase 1 consists of two residential buildings that collectively rise from an eight-storey mixed-use podium. Ground-floor retail activates the street edge and strengthens connections to the surrounding neighbourhood, while the podium integrates residential uses, building services, and amenity spaces. The composition of the buildings features a sophisticated palette of glass, aluminum, wood-inspired cladding, and stone veneer, creating a dynamic contemporary expression that establishes a strong architectural presence at one of Calgary’s key downtown intersections.
At the heart of the resident experience is an expansive amenity level located on the eighth floor. Designed as a lifestyle destination, the indoor amenity program includes a state-of-the-art fitness centre, yoga and spin studios, games room, indoor golf simulator, coworking lounge, meeting spaces, wine bar, and social gathering areas. These spaces were carefully planned to encourage wellness, productivity, and community engagement while supporting a modern live-work lifestyle.
The outdoor amenity terrace extends the experience beyond the building envelope with a resort-inspired environment that includes a wet-edge swimming pool, barbecue stations, trellised lounge areas, sun decks, and extensive landscaped planters. Overlooking Central Memorial Park and the Calgary skyline, the terrace offers residents a unique urban retreat that balances recreation, relaxation, and social interaction.
Above the podium, the tower rises as an elegant composition of glass and aluminum, distinguished by a pattern of diagonally arranged balconies that contribute movement and visual interest to the skyline.
