The Midtown Retirement Residence is located in St.Albert, Alberta on the rapidly developing southwest corner off of Ray Gibbon Drive and Leclair Way. KIRKOR is enlisted to design a welcoming, accessibility-friendly, and contemporary retirement home as a part of a 45-acre master-planned community. With a number of assisted living facilities in our portfolio, we are aware of our responsibility to also consider how to offer a diverse range of housing types and useful amenities for all ages and stages of life. This is an exciting opportunity to honour the principle of “people over automobiles”, meaning open-space and street designs that prioritize age diversity, safety and general accessibility.
