This Pickering condo, known as Universal City 6, can be found at 1496 Bayly Street and consists of 321 condo units. Spread out over 27 stories which consists of a 4 storey L-shaped podium and 23 storey tower at the corner of the podium, Universal City 6 has suites ranging in size from 496 to 1158 square feet, with many different layouts and exposures and a NFA of approximately 23,000m².

The design concept for the facades came from the idea of a sail/ boat, which can be seen in the movements and curvatures on the façades. The rounding corner of the tower is a well fitted feature for the corner of the Bayly and sandy beach intersection. The building features both indoor and outdoor amenity areas on Levels 1 and 5. The outdoor amenity on Level 5 includes an outdoor swimming pool.
